Position: Data Analyst (OMS Advisor)
Location: Thatcham, Berkshire
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday – Friday, 08:00am-16:00pm

We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Work together with the Resource Planning, Tracking and Performance Management Experts (engineers) to set up new tools and ensure on-going maintenance
  • Using the operations management system to monitor the performance of tasks against productivity rates, identifying opportunity’s for improvements and present this information back to site leaders
  • Support the Continuous Improvement champion to encourage and coach the site leaders to continuously improve their processes
  • Deliver site Operations Management System (OMS) on boarding alongside the general manager
  • Development and coaching of the site leadership team, attending weekly project reviews, monthly steering group meetings and providing the OMS progress updates to the project manager
