Growth and new business ventures means this is an exciting time to join the business and the successful Italian speaking Payroll and HR Generalist will have the opportunity to grow and shape the role.
Based onsite in London, reporting into a Senior Director the Italian speaking Payroll and HR Generalist will be responsible for:
- Manage employee life cycle
- Be the point of contact for all HR queries
- Lead on performance, salary, reward, and annual review
- Manage employee relations cases
- Maintain employee data
- Plan and maintain payroll deadlines
- Calculate monthly working hours
- Work closely with external payroll provider
- Prepare monthly pension report
- Point of contact for payroll queries
The ideal Italian speaking Payroll and HR Generalist will:
- Be fluent / have good knowledge of Italian
- Have experience in Oracle NetSuite, , flex
- General knowledge of employment law
- Be hands on, team player
- Experience with Excel
Desirable:
- Experience in retail or hospitality
