We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Oversee and take ownership of the day-to-day allocation and deployment of cleaning teams utilising the First Line Managers and Inform systems
  • Ensure the correct skill is utilised/deployed within the operation and teams are deployed efficiently & effectively and with the correct cleaning process
  • Take direct responsibility for operational performance during the shift, i.e. delays, quality, and allocation
  • Responsible for managing colleagues including all people processes (RTWs, absence, disciplinary issues, performance management)
  • Oversee the airside stores team, ensuring that sufficient cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables are available to the cleaning teams
  • Oversee the deployment of the high lift teams to meet the flight schedule and ensure that Cat 1 waste processes are carried out, making sure the aircraft is supplied with the correct stock, whilst ensuring shortages and surplus items are dealt with
  • Maintain and promote the correct H&S culture across the site, ensuring management monitoring is in place and all H&S accidents and incidents are reported and investigated

  • Must be able to self-manage and have a proven track record in delegation of a team of 3+
  • Have a hands-on approach to work (leading by example)
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a supervisor/FLM experience
