Our dedicated GMP team in the UK is looking for a leader! This role is a tale of three halves: 

  1. Own the GMP product in the UK, including internal publicity, best practice, and training
  2. Manage the growing number of clients who partner with us on GMP in the UK on a technical and consultative basis helping them to grow their businesses
  3. Work closely with the NewBiz and internal delivery teams to sell and cross sell the GMP stack to existing and new customers, improving the knowledge and use of GMP across the agency
  4. Work with the global GMP leads to share learnings and create a global best practice

The role of the GMP team is to help clients navigate business challenges through the use of GMP technology whilst looking for further opportunities to drive ever better results. The team’s role is as varied as our clients are – strategy, pitching, training sessions, upsell into other products and building close relationships with Google stakeholders will all be a part of you and your team’s day-to-day.

Experience required:

  • Extensive knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform Sales Partner ecosystem
  • Able to lead pitches and commercial conversations with clients of all sizes
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of the major challenges facing clients and an understanding of how to approach these, including:
    • Data management
    • Privacy & tracking (ITP, ETP, Cookies, GDPR, CCPA)
    • Attribution
    • Google Analytics migrations
  • Astute, analytical and detail oriented
  • Solutions focused, self motivated, good under pressure and loves a challenge
  • Adaptive communication style and the ability to talk with all levels of a client’s business
  • Process driven and focused on building for scale
