Position:
T&D Settlements Admin Support
Job Summary/ Purpose (detail the overall outline of the role & its purpose)
� To manage the centralised email inbox for receipt of invoices and queries, triage by subject and allocate to relevant processor/s
� To develop business relationships with offshore partners and key business areas to resolve team or payment related queries and provide support as required.
� To ensure queries are forwarded to the relevant person/s or resolved in an accurate & timely manner. This will include vendor liaison and the management of internal customer relations.
� To support the continuous review of onshore & offshore business processes to ensure all control and quality issues are mitigated.
� Provide cover for other team members as required and be flexible in order to meet deadlines
Dimensions (the key dimensions of the role)
Targets: Centralised email inbox management, related queries and general admin duties to support team with quality and accuracy of Invoice payments in line with Industry licence obligations and rules.
Budget: Support of invoice processing and related tasks which is > £2bn per annum.
Proposed Level: 8
Key Accountabilities (this should be approx 5-8 main accountabilities of the role)
� To ensure the T&D centralised email inbox is triaged and managed correctly and in a timely manner. All emails received are allocated to the correct processor/s or forward to the relevant internal team.
� To develop business relationships with external customers, offshore partners and key business areas in relation to payment or team queries, providing resolution or seeking the relevant support required to action.
� To support the team with the continuous review of onshore & offshore business processes, ensuring all control and quality issues are mitigated.
� Support the Payment Processing Team with Admin duties and provide cover for other team members as required. Have a flexible approach in order to meet deadlines.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience
Essential:
� Numerate and able to ensure high levels of accuracy
� Works in a logical, orderly manner and exhibits a high level of attention to detail
� Excellent communication skills
� Good organisational skills and able to cope with competing demands under tight deadlines.
Desirable:
� Industry Experience.
� Microsoft Office to include Excel.
