We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills to support the administration function within our Looked After Children’s department based at Paybody, Coventry.

The successful candidate will provide an efficient and comprehensive administration service to support the wide range of clinicians within the team. We are looking for individuals with a positive and compassionate approach to supporting patient care. You will work within a busy integrated and skill mixed Admin Team. You will be confident and empathetic in dealing with sensitive telephone calls and complaints, with an excellent telephone manner. The ability to work well as part of team is vital in this role as we rely on each other for support with work load and guidance with sensitive patient queries.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Manage and Prioritise own and others workload and use initiative
  • Good organisation skills have ability to multimask and manage your time effectively
  • Maintain relevant recording and information system
  • Ability to audio type/use digital dictation and copy typing
  • Experience

  • Experience of working in a busy office/customer care environment
  • Working with mircosoft packages, word, excel, outlook
  • Experience of working with sensetive and confidential information

  • Work effectively and flexibly as part of a team to meet the needs of the service
  • Confident in dealing with people at all levels
