The Role
This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join the firm’s dynamic office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
The Legal 500 ranked Commercial team are regarded as one of the most successful of its type, regularly representing FTSE 250 clients & public sector organisations on high-profile transactions and regulatory matters
As such, you will have a diverse and complex caseload, including negotiating large outsourcing deals, drafting supply contracts, IT services agreements and data protection issues
As an experienced Solicitor, you will also have the opportunity to supervise the junior members of the team and get involved in business development

The Ideal Candidate
An experienced Commercial Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE
