Customer Service Coordinator

Start: TBC after inductions have been completed.

Salary: £22,-£24, depending on experience.

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00.

Location: Quedgeley, Gloucestershire.

This role is 12 weeks temporary-permanent and fully office based.

Our client based in Quedgeley who specialise in Environmental Engineering are on the lookout for candidates to join their expanding team as Customer Service Coordinators!

Abiding by the companies strategies and values, you will be employed to provide first class service to all external and internal customers.

Full training will be provided and experience within a customer service-related role is essential.

Main duties:

  • Provide a high level of customer service and support through email, online, over the phone and over platforms used by the company.
  • Raising contracts/ jobs.
  • Producing invoices for contracts/jobs for client bookings.
  • Process and record all contract/job information on the existing company CRM system and learn and on-board any additional systems as required.
  • Ensure all work from the field engineers have the appropriate paperwork, is processed, saved, and uploaded to the CRM system to enable successful closure of the work/job.
  • Ensure all customer’s receive copies of their paperwork they require to ensure their site is compliant.
  • Monitor and upload documentation to customer portals as required.
  • Liaising with departments to resolve customer/client queries, questions, or complaints.
  • completion of general administrative tasks such as correspondences and data entry.

  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • IT friendly- to be able to learn and adapt to new in-house systems.
  • Use of Microsoft packages such as Excel desirable.
  • Good written and verbal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • To be able to manage own workload and work well under pressure.
  • To be able to work independently and in a team.
