The Role

We are looking for a Restaurant Operations Support Manager to provide key guidance and training to a number of our restaurants across the country. 

This role would suit someone with strong restaurant and guest service knowledge, looking to develop their career in a training and support position.

We want someone who can:

  • Support the Regional Operations and Restaurant teams across the UK whilst communicating effectively
  • Attend Regional meetings to train, support and update our teams on current projects
  • Multitask by managing new initiatives, projects and rollouts whilst keeping the daily operation running efficiently
  • Govern and oversee all guest experience systems by keeping these up to date with restaurant details and menus
  • Drive process and guidelines on dealing with H&S incidents in restaurants
  • Personally deal with high risk and emergency complaints and escalate where appropriate
  • Provide outstanding experience to guests with a friendly manner and interact with them in a positive way 
  • To maintain up to date knowledge on the current services that are being offered and make sure that this information is conveyed to guests in an effective way

    • What you need:

  • Extensive restaurant operations knowledge
  • Experience in managing guest and team satisfaction 
  • Operational experience within the hospitality industry (3-5 years)
  • Strong communication and relationship management abilities
  • Experience within a management role
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good IT skills
  • Driving License
