Facilities Co-Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + 20% Bonus

Full Time:

Monday to Friday

NOTE: This is an onsite role.

The Facilities Co-ordinator is responsible for providing support to ensure facilities services are provided in an effective and efficient manner, as well as being the initial point of contact any work environment requests. The facilities co-coordinator must a always demonstrate a high level of security awareness and have knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures and Health & Safety.

Key Accountabilities

· Managing meeting room bookings. Includes room set-up, catering and re-organising post-meeting.

· Greeting and ensuring guests to site have a positive experience. Responsible for the management of the access control cards. Dealing with starters/leavers and temporary staff access cards.

· Logging and reporting all technical faults and arranging all office equipment fixtures and fittings

· Cordinating parking availability, security passes and the booking in of visitors and clients

· Carrying out periodic health and safety checks

· Carrying out risk assessments

· Monitoring and maintaining stationary stock levels. Ensure first aid boxes are fully stocked

· Management and supervision of 3rd party contractors

Desirable:
· Experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential
· A customer-centric attitude to ensure all internal staff and visitors have a positive experience in the work environment.

· Adaptability and flexibility to manage and take care of a wide range of tasks, as well as a positive attitude and self-motivation to improving the way in which things are done.

· Strong communication skills to work with a wide range of individuals.
