Care Worker Required

Bailey Care Services is searching for a caring and dedicated individual for the role of a Support & Care Worker in the Chippenham area.

For this role you will need to be a UK resident, as we are unable to offer sponsorships.

You will be providing person centred care to residents, enriching their lives, and encouraging their independence.

For this specific client, you will be working in a care home with residents with mental health conditions, including dementia.

The home itself is set within beautiful, landscaped gardens, creating a calm and welcoming space for residents to enjoy. The home has its own onsite facilities, including a cinema room, hair salon and bistro!

The home provides regular trips out and a variety of activities and enrichment for residents, including music therapy, arts and crafts, baking, quizzes and flower arranging.

As this role involves working with potentially vulnerable individuals, a minimum of 6 months care or support work experience is essential.

This is a temporary role offering flexible hours, ideal for an individual looking for additional hours around other commitments.

You will be paid a weekly salary of £10.06 to £18 per hour, with higher rates for nights and shift premiums on bank holidays and weekends.
