What willthe role of Sous Chef involve?

–        Deliveringdishes cooked and presented to company specification

–        Managingorders, stock, invoices and food profit

–        Developingyour team alongside the Head Chef

–        Dailyoperation of the kitchen

–        Workingclosely with the General Manager to meet the needs of the business

As a Sous Chef you willneed to have:

–        Minimumof 2 years working as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef

–        Beable to read, interpret, demonstrate and execute all basic meat, fish, sauceand side dishes as provided by the supervisor

–        Experienceof training and supervising a team of at least 4 chefs

–        Minimumof a secondary education or equivalent
