Sales Support Specialist Our Cardiff, Wales site has an exciting new Sales Support opportunity! We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated and tech savvy individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. As the Sales Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of assisting the organization reach and exceed its sales initiatives. Interacting directly with various internal and external cross functional teams, you will assist with product selection, providing quotations, coordinating projects, and building customer relationships. Location: Cardiff, Wales Your Challenge:

  • Assist in providing commercial, technical and administrative product information to customers.
  • Work with internal and external customers to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting prices to customers.
  • Responsible for preparing the distribution of lead details & opportunity forecast information to the Sales Representatives and maintaining the CRM database.
  • Coordinate with Sales Representatives to provide general bid support (including sales documentation) to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Assist in the triage and resolution of customer issues for post-sales order activity.
  • Assist the organization in early identification of high-confidence business opportunities to meet with revenue objectives.
  • Your Expertise:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship building and creative problem solving.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative and challenging fast pace environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and CRM programs with the ability to synthesize information efficiently.
  • Understand needs and expectations of customers and provide relevant solutions. Possess a good understanding of the business and products offered.
  • Must be able to travel as needed.
  • This position may require exposure to information which is subject to export control regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
