We have a vacancy for a Support worker to join our clients care package in Northwich.
As a Support Worker with us, you would be required to support our client within their own home. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.
No previous experience required as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
Shifts:
- Full time/Part Time
- Nights
- 8pm-8am
