The Digital Content Specialist will be part of our Digital Merchandising team and will be fundamental in executing our brand and marketing plans online. We are looking for a creative, organised and experienced web content specialist who is passionate about all things digital, has an obsession for detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

This key role will be responsible for the merchandising and management of content, data and campaigns across our digital products, websites and booking platforms.

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing the eCommerce content plan, its interdependencies, and risks. You will work alongside key stakeholders to complete all content migration plans and manage the content production workflow, which include, testing, internal reviews, amends, approvals and sign off.

What we want from you:

  • Proven experience of managing effective digital content in for Digital
  • Experience managing websites via content management systems, ideally Umbroco, AEM, WordPress and Shopify
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
  • Experience and confidence managing a set of stakeholders, preferably with third parties and client organisations
  • Confident in raising issues and managing multiple client expectations
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Experience of planning and executing digital merchandising
  • Good understanding of SEO, content and user experience
  • Ideally experience working within retail or digital business
  • Be obsessed with customer experience
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimise and HotJar
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
