Early Talent Administration Apprentice

Investing in future talent is so important to our business and our fabulous Early Talent team are now on the lookout for an Early Talent Coordinator  to work with them across all things Early Careers and Apprenticeships.

Home-grown talent is at the heart of our recruitment strategy and as part of the Early Talent team there is nothing more rewarding than being able to positively impact someone at the start of their career, whether that is a first step or a career change.  Our Early Talent team are integral to identifying, developing and supporting our future generation of lawyers and business support professionals, working with schools to inspire young people to consider a career in the legal sector, recruiting our future talent and working closely with them to encourage their development and wellbeing through to qualification. We might be a touch biased, but we believe that we deliver some fantastic programmes.

We can’t think of a better way to wave the flag for Early Talent than to recruit  in to our team and that is where you come in.  We’re looking to recruit a coordinator  and for the right candidate, we’d be looking to invest and enrol you in to an apprenticeship. You’ll undertake the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, gaining a formal qualification and crucial experience along the way.

This exciting opportunity will be based in our Newcastle office where you’ll work closely with myself and Jemma our Senior Early Talent Advisor. You will be supporting our work experience programmes, apprenticeship recruitment and on-boarding, as well as our apprenticeship development programmes to name a few, alongside general administration; who better to undertake an apprenticeship with than two experts in the field?

What are we looking for?

At the heart of all that we do as team, is candidate and employee experience, and it’s important that you share that ethos too. We can be flexible for the right candidate, if you have some previous administration than fantastic, and if not we can help hone your skills.  Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can share our goal in continuing to deliver the best Early Talent programmes in the market.  You’ll have a proactive approach, be organised and eager to learn. In return, we promise to be your biggest cheerleader, offer a variety of work, and of course, lots of cups of tea!
