Developer – Golang experience – Outside IR35 – Fully Remote
My client are looking for a candidate to join a 9 month fully remote contract with experience of coding in JavaScript, Typescript, SQL & Python.
KEY SKILLS
Education to degree level or equivalent
Coding in JavaScript, Typescript, SQL & Golang at minimum,
Proficient in development of analytic solutions in the AWS environment, specifically event based systems and Cognito.
Strong knowledge of at least 1 JavaScript web development framework (React.js or Angular)
Identify, research, gather and interpret information from a variety of sources, including the Internet and data systems, to prepare draft analyses/reports
Collate, analyse and present information/data in an understandable manner
To use experience and knowledge of data and statistical methods to contribute to and support commissioning strategies, decisions and innovation in service solutions
Deal with specific queries by deciding and advising on the most appropriate data sources and how the information will be analysed and presented
To make use of data and analytical techniques to enable work with other organisations, agencies and service users to develop services
To work with front line staff and delivery managers to implement ‘real life’ solutions
To analyse and present information and recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders
To understand and use statistical software packages/libraries
To implement foundational analytical platforms and specific functional solutions efficiently to ensure HCC realises value for money
To identify, maintain and use data sources to enable effective monitoring and development of IoT solutions
Strong knowledge of statistical algorithms and techniques
