Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Collecting customer debt and chasing customers for overdue amounts
- Processing and taking incoming credit account calls
- Providing overdue reporting and sales and general ledger analysis
- Reviewing new account requests and report accordingly
- Ensuring disputed invoices are auctioned and chased for resolution; provide customers with copy invoices/credit notes and statements when requested
Person specification:
- Experience in credit control or excellent customer service skills willing to learn
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel
- Ability to always remain professional
- Ability to work in fast paced, high volume environment
- Excellent communication skills with customer centric approach
