Are you a strong People Manager from an Engineering Background? Do you have Experience of working in a matrix organisational structure managing remote teams? On offer is a Service Manager Position where you will manage remote teams of Commissioning Engineers across multiple sites within the UK & Ireland. You will be the main point of contact for all areas of commissioning, Project Managers, Service & Operations Managers and all commissioning related topics. You will recruit, be responsible for team resource management, the development of the team, ensure teams carry out work efficiently and safely and manage all areas of site commissioning activity. This company is a world leader in the Wind Turbine Sector and employ 8000+ globally, this role is part of the continued growth and expansion of the UK & Ireland operations. This position would suit an experienced Service Manager from a Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Background, who is used to managing remote engineer teams though stressful periods and familiar with a matrix organisational structures.
