Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) 42.5 hours

What does this job involve?

  • Implement actions as directed to reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks
  • Communicate Objectives & KPIs applicable to your team (coordinators & warehouse operatives) and monitor performance in line with this.
  • Management of Indirect Hours within area of responsibility
  • Ensure warehouse operatives & coordinators are properly trained
  • Conduct leadership performance meetings, discussing the shift’s needs and priorities, ensuring that actions are taken by your team and/or support areas

    • We are looking for people who:

  • Experience in team management
  • Warehouse background experience
  • Ability to manage change processes
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Various MHE licences, is an advantage
