About the role

We have an opportunity for an Estate Warden to provide a thorough estate warden service to all GreenSquare owned communal areas across the group.

Some of your duties will include:

  • The cleaning and up keep of internal and external communal areas, including carpet and window cleaning
  • Fire compliance including annual fire risk assessments
  • Testing and monitoring communal safety systems including CCTV monitoring systems
  • Customer enquiries from both internal and external customers
  • General awareness of building conditions and reporting any concerns
  • Monitoring car parks and open spaces for fly tipping, graffiti and abandoned vehicles etc
  • Comprehensive record keeping ensuring service charges accurately reflect the service provided
  • As an Estate Warden, you will have close liaison with residents, contractors, DLO and external agencies; also, you will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues from other teams (including Housing, Contact Centre, Asset Management and Commercial) to ensure services are delivered efficiently and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.

    About you

    With maintaining important links between residents, customers and GreenSquareAccord, you must have excellent communication skills and are customer focussed.

    It is essential that you have a valid UK Driver`s license, are able to work well along and as part of a team.
