We are looking for a Workforce Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Human Rights (EDIHR) Project Manager to join our team, supporting our work in putting people at the heart of everything we do.

This post plays a pivotal role in the Trust, ensuring EDIHR principles underpin the recruitment, selection, development and deployment of our workforce, and helping to deliver our vision of improving the quality of life for the communities we serve.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will work alongside the Workforce EDI Lead, supporting the Trust to enhance its knowledge, understanding and implementation of EDIHR principles.

They will help to design, deliver and evaluate key Workforce EDI projects, including the Trust’s partnership with Scope, embedding their Get Inclusive programme.
