Role

:

  • Busy and client-facing
  • Providing general HR advice and support
  • Dealing with new enquiries and prioritising workload
  • Helping to implement HR-related systems (appraisals, disciplinaries etc)
  • Helping to compile various HR documentation (employment contracts, Staff Handbooks etc)
  • Help to deliver training and/or updates on HR-related topics
  • The Ideal Candidate:

  • Able to work autonomously and using your own initiative
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and targets
