Innovare Systems are a specialist Structured Insulated Panel (SIP) solutions provider. We are the only business in the UK to design, engineer, manufacture, deliver and install their own system, We are based up in Coventry where we have our Head Office and our manufacturing facility. We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to oversee all our manufacturing and logistics requirements. The Production Manager will manage a team of production operatives and ensure that production schedules and targets are met and that we are able to deliver quality products, safely and on time to our site project teams. The Production Manager will focus on reviewing performance to manage productivity, efficiency and team development and also support new product introductions and provide continuous improvements.
