Commercial Account Manager- Thetford – £30, + Commission

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Account Manager on behalf of our Thetford based client, this is a fantastic business experiencing growth and a role perfect for someone with Account Management experience!

Salary: £30, + Commission

Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hour week)

Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays

Benefits: Uncapped commission earnings, death in service, private medical insurance, annual profit share scheme

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with the lead generation team to convert potential customers into new clients

  • To build lasting relationships with clients and to make regular contact via email and phone to potential, existing and lapsed clients

  • Log all quotes and process all orders to ensure service level and delivery requirements are met

  • To work alongside the other internal departments of the business including Transport and Credit to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

  • Answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

    • What are we looking for?

  • Previous Account Management experience

  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets

  • Excellent customer service skills with great history of building relationships

  • Someone that enjoys selling products and services on the phone

  • Good IT skills with the ability to competently use Microsoft Office

  • Ability to organise workload and manage time effectively
