    What will your typical day look like?

    In this role, you will:
    responsible for supporting your assigned Canadian service in the pursuit and execution of their mobility needs
    provide subject matter expertise and work closely with the talent community and others in the talent organization
    provide consultative guidance with respect to crafting assignment packages & required costing, driving awareness of mobility opportunities, and facilitating all elements of the assignment process for the mobility assignee
    be one of the main point of contacts for your service for mobility contacts across the globe
    apply your knowledge to solve non-standard problems for internal clients
    manage projects, working across multiple stakeholders
    identify enhancements in support of creating efficiencies;
    respond to and redirect HR inquiries appropriately.

    About the team

    People Experience delivers HR inquiry, specialized, advisory, and people leader services from a centralized function to support employees, provide a scalable platform to respond to changing business needs, and drive continuous improvement across the Culture and People Office function. The team is a steward of the employee experience, delivering the end-to-end talent lifecycle through defined processes that are standard for all business segments, and establishing Program Services to support complex, escalated, or strategic process/cycle needs.

    The Senior Specialist, Global Mobility , with People Experience will provide day to day case mobility management and specialized operational support throughout the lifecycle of Deloittes mobility population.

    You are someone who has:

    Minimum of 5 years “hands-on” expatriate management experience an asset
    Acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, often with tight deadlines
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to break down complex concepts for a targeted audience
    Proven ability to work in a consultative and matrixed environment
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills, exercising judgment when necessary
    Experience working within a national model and supporting clients remotely
    Working knowledge of common mobility practices, transactions and protocols
    Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, which you use to forge strong connections and work collaboratively across all levels of the firm;
    High degree of empathy, ability to maintain confidentiality and the ability to effectively leverage centers of expertise to meet business requirements;
    A commitment to diversity and inclusion in everything you do;
    Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
    Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
