This could be the right role for you. The key aim of this role is to hold a case load and actively engage service users from the LGBTQ+ community to access our drug & alcohol harm reduction and recovery treatment service.
Responsibilities
You will actively promote the service to people from LGBTQ+ communities ensuring our service is actively accessible to LGBTQ+ service users and increasing the number of LGBTQ+ service users entering treatment.
You will be committed to developing and maintaining relationship with services that support LGBTQ+ service users in the wider community. You will be working with your colleagues and partners to develop specific interventions that can support LGBTQ+ service users. You will have the expertise to act as a lead in the service for LGBTQ+ inclusion and ensure the service is responding to the needs of this service user group.
