Contract: Fixed term- 21 months

We are looking for passionate individuals who have an interest in childcare and are looking to begin their career in a school setting. Early Years Educators, and other job roles such as nursery nurse, are highly trained professionals who play a key role in ensuring that young children learn and develop well and are kept healthy and safe.

You will be expected to:-  

  •  meet the care needs of the individual child  
  • Work in partnership with other colleagues, parents and/or carers and other professionals  
  • Support children to develop numeracy and language skills through play and games.  
  • A caring personality, where children are at the heart of everything you do.  
  • Motivation and enthusiasm to take on a new challenge to enable you to gain a wealth of knowledge, as well as a level 3 childcare qualification.  
  • GCSE Grade A – C are desirable or a willingness to complete these as part of your study.
