Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering housing service to the tenants located within Milton Keynes. The role covers 194 properties, so a clean driving licence is essential, the Client will also run a enhanced DBS check.

This is a rewarding housing management role – and a challenging one. You will be carrying out scheme inspections, letting properties – including health and safety checks, helping tenants keep up to date with their rent and liaising with social services where required along side occupational health to ensure tenants can successfully maintain their tenancy and live independently.

This role is a part time role working 19.5 hours split over Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri.

You will be committed and enthusiastic, thriving on the challenges of working independently and the responsibility and rewards that brings. You will have some experience and knowledge of housing management in the social housing sector, and will be committed to the employers inclusive housing mission.
Computer literacy is needed, as are sound written and verbal communication skills.
You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt your approach to different circumstances and service demands.
