Desktop Support Analyst
Based onsite in Leicester
Salary £25k-£35k Depending on experience
My client are looking for an IT Desktop Support person to join the existing Infrastructure Support team and to provide day to day support to end user devices and software
Skills and Experience
Familiarity with hardware imaging using WDS and or similar
Windows 10 and Windows 11 Operating Systems
Docking Stations and Monitor Connectivity
Cyber Security Elements
Desktop cabling
Office
Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
Anti-Virus Software – Defender for Endpoint
Teams
Zoom
Active Directory
Ticket Support System – Service Now ideally
Meeting Room Conference Call Solutions
You will be providing support & troubleshooting face to face, over Teams Calls and telephone calls
