UCLH is looking to recruit a Clinical Fellow in General Paediatrics (registrar/ST4+ equivalent) to commence as soon as possible for 12 months in the first instance and possibly to extend for a further six months. You will be on the out of hours rota (details). You will have allocated time within the post to develop a dedicated interest of your choice (clinical speciality, QI and service development, Leadership and Management, or Research

You will be joining a friendly team to provide an excellent and comprehensive Paediatric and Adolescent Service within UCL Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The service was recently highly commended by the Healthy London Partnership following peer review. This post is equivalent to other general paediatric registrars providing day time continuity, general paediatric/rapid referral clinics and/or specialty clinics. There are opportunities to develop skills and gain experience in all areas listed about, in addition to other services (Epilepsy, Paeds Emergency Medicine,among others), in addition to participating in clinical research and quality improvement . A weekly attending system for General Paediatrics is in operation and all junior doctors are closely supervised and supported.
