  • Managing diaries e.g., site visits, job collections (Logistics)
  • Answering the telephone
  • Dealing with general enquiries by logging and sending them off to suppliers.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to book in jobs, get quotes, handle general enquiries, and return paperwork.
  • Make sure both customers and suppliers are ready for upcoming jobs.
  • Monitor incoming emails.
  • Completing monthly excel reports for certain customers.
  • Checking supplier invoices to ensure prices match the quotes so we can clear for payment.
  • Setting up the paperwork (consignment notes and labels) for upcoming jobs and making sure that these are sent to the appropriate person.
  • Ensuring the correct site collection details to enable jobs to run smoothly.
  • Collate job paperwork ready for invoicing.
  • Management of social media page (Facebook)
  • Scanning in the paperwork so that all documentation is electronically filed.
  • Updating the online calendar.
  • Occasional site visits.
