Linq Healthcare are recruiting a team for a newly built private surgical and cosmetic hospital in Bristol.
This small hospital with one theatre will guarantee next-level, premium care. High standards will be a daily habit and part of the hospital’s DNA. The team will provide five-star care that is designed exactly to meet the unique needs of every individual patient, while providing the perfect environment for surgeons and clinicians to operate. There will be one operating theatre, minor ops theatre, outpatients and ward with only three overnight beds, so each patient will be an individual rather than another number.
The hospital will offer high quality exclusive surgical treatments, mostly cosmetic surgery.
To be considered for this Patient Coordinator / Admin Lead position you must have:
– experience in a similar role in a private surgical hospital or clinic
– strong admin skills
– great attention to detail to maintain patient safety and a clear patient pathway journey
– the ability to multi-task, remain calm, and problem solve
– knowledge of GDPR particularly around how they relate to patient confidentiaility
Knowledge of surgical / clinical and patient management systems such as DCL / Pabau
As Patient Coordinator / Admin Lead your day to day responsibilities will include:
– overseeing the day to day running of the clinic and patient coordiantation
– management and coordiantor of admin staff
– take the lead on admin / patient issues
– ensure efficiency of each clinic maximising the use of booking systems
– provide monthly reports to Clinic Director
– work to targets of conversion rate for appointments, bookings and surgery
– correspond with patients via letter, email and phone
– maintain patient records adding relevant notes, histories, operation records
– billing and credit control, stock ordering and sourcing
– reception duties
– arrange referrals to other health care providers – Xrays, physiotherapy, scans and chasing test results
– knowledge of Paboo, xero, DGL, google calendar etc
– be the designated person for fire drills, health and safety, diversity lead, safeguarding for adults lead, accident book etc
– be the point of contact for cleaners, deliveries, collections etc
– be part of the recruitment team in the selection of new team members
