Overview –

To plan, manage, implement and monitor all quality management systems and processes on site. The successful professional will help drive a positive QSHE culture and agenda within the workplace.

QHSE Manager duties include –

  • Liaise with other teams to ensure that QSHE is considered during initial development stages.
  • Ensure that customer concerns are investigated correctly, and preventive actions are put in place.
  • Manage the QSHE team, organising KPI’s and training plans when required.
  • Assist with product and process continuous improvements, documenting any changes.
  • Maintain the QMS’s and ensure that these are aligned to customer and company requirements.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring that the business is always legally compliant.
  • Implement periodic gap analysis and identify hazards and opportunities for enhancing quality, health, safety, environmental and compliance standards.
  • QHSE Manager desirable skills and experience –

  • Experience working within a similar role (Automotive, Industrial, or Yellow Goods).
  • Ability to use the relevant Quality tools and help to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to keep abreast with relevant systems and policies.
  • Relevant manufacturing/mechanical engineering education (HND/HNC).
  • Ideally Lead auditor, Nebosh and IOSH trained.
