Salary : £60-70k Depending on Experience

Agile Delivery Manager – Job Overview:

Your role will be to champion Agile practises through development teams – striving for exceptional delivery of various software projects utilising DevOps practises and Lean Agile.

Agile Delivery Manager – Responsibilities :

As the Agile Delivery Manager, you will be working with a range of private sector, household brands on their software development journeys to a much more modern way of working through Agile, Lean, DevOps practises in a TDD environment.

You will also be required to:

  • Manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders – representing the high quality and professionalism of the organisation
  • Champion Agile/Lean processes through delivery
  • Work in a DevOps environment – focusing on Continuous Deployment, CI/CD Pipelines
  • Take ownership of the full delivery life cycle whilst empowering and motivating teams to achieve deliverables
  • Hold your own during high-level technical discussions around software delivery
  • Taking responsibility for project roadmaps and project plans
  • Running sprint ceremonies
  • The ideal person for the role would have the following:

  • A strong understanding of software development – working in a technical team.
  • To be confident working in Agile/Lean environments and coaching practises through teams
  • DevOps – CI/CD processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management expertise
  • Software Cloud experience – AWS/Azure/GCP
  • Familiarity of XP/Extreme Programming Framework
  • Adaptability and Personability
