We have an opportunity to join a global manufacturing client based on-site in Worcestershire on a permanent basis.

The role will be working with the EMEA team with an opportunity to progress and develop.

2nd/3rd Line

Specific skills

  • Support Engineer in a 2nd/3rd line role (preferably in manufacturing)
  • Proven fault finding skills, identifying root cause and resolving
  • High level of virtualisation experience (VMWare)
  • Strong experience with Windows Server up to Server – Active Directory, Group policy, WSUS, SCCM
  • Strong experience with support for Windows 7 & 10
  • Experience with office & admin
  • Network experience LAN,WAN, Wifi (Cisco), Firewalls
  • Experience with Office administration, Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD
  • Microsoft SQL server administration
  • Experience with backup software Veeam, Macrium, Symantec
  • Experience with network monitoring software
  • Good experience with network and end point security measures
  • EDI experience(desirable)
