Role Purpose

We’re looking for a Finance Systems Administrator to join our UK Finance Systems Team at dentsu. The team is responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness through the administration of multiple business critical systems for our media, creative and CXM agencies. Providing guidance to users of some of these applications and for the implementation of key JSOX IT audit rules.

As Finance Systems Administrator you’ll provide support, analysis and insight to the process owners of the Mediaocean, Paprika and D365 products and to the overall dentsu UK relationship owners for Mediaocean and Paprika, as well as being the administrator for processes and master data in the applications mentioned above.

Key Accountabilities

  • Rigorous controls throughout our Media process for client approvals, confirmations and reconciliation. It also includes the controls around new and amended master data
  • Central processes to be maintained and continuously improved, working to improve levels of automation and control
  • Setting up user access and permissions and assisting dentsu staff with application usage queries
  • Validating and submitting enhancement requests
  • Setting up mappings to external platforms
  • Maintenance and updates business information and templates across the systems
  • Integration management for files generated in Mediaocean, Coupa, Workday etc. to D365
  • Assist IT Help with any queries in relation to security access for the systems
  • Running reports for quarterly JSOX staff access review

Person Specification

  • Mediaocean or Paprika experience preferable, or demonstrate willingness to acquire new systems knowledge
  • Ability to coordinate requirements from staff, IT Help and external system support teams
  • Analytical mind-set that is comfortable challenging current processes
  • IT skills at a good level in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Good organisational skills
  • An understanding of media or creative agency workflows or basic accounting would be beneficial, but is not essential
