We have an exciting opportunity for a Coach Station Coordinator, based at our UK Head Office. 

As the successful candidate, provide an all encompassing administrative support function to the Coach Station senior team, with responsibility for collating, analysing and reporting on all Coach Stations activities.

Please note this is a part time role working 25 hours per week between the hours of 0930 – 1530.

What you’ll do…

  • Proactively deliver an excellent standard of customer service, use initiative and problem solving skills to own customer and supplier issues through to a positive conclusion.
  •  Work collaboratively as part of the senior team to create a positive work culture through constant communication, high personal standards, integrity, confidentiality, positive energy and pride.
  •  Produce monthly reports for coach station managers and other departments on safety, revenue,payroll, absence and other relevant statistics.
  • Support the coach station managers to ensure that consistency is applied to all HR policies,practices and procedures (i.e. Drug & Alcohol, D&I and Equal Opportunities).
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and meeting venues for the Coach Stations team, as cost effectively as possible and within the Coach Stations budgets.
  • Provide support with taking minutes and actions as needed and proactively provide updates.
  • To coordinate and provide support with recruitment assessment days for the team as needed.
  • Effectively communicate and cascade relevant information to coach stations and customers.
  •  Proactively provide support and assistance to customers, colleagues and driver teams as needed.
  • Liaise with colleagues throughout the business regarding service updates and disruption.
  • The role requires the individual to actively follow NEL policies including Drug and Alcohol and Equal Opportunities policies.
  • To carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager or Head of Department.
