Position: Reporting & Admin Ops Support
Location: Rugby
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, either 7.30am to 4pm 8.30am to 5pm or 9.30am to 6pm

We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • To ensure constructive relationships with customers are maintained and developed
  • Work closely with Planning teams to resolve both customer and transport issues
  • Support with Reporting & Admin Manager & Implant Team to support in adhoc cases
  • Booking Slot Checks – check Planning vs TJX allocation, and resolve any discrepancies
  • Comply with the DHL reporting in terms of order availability / tracking
  • OS bookings are managed appropriately and in a timely manner. Maintaining the schedules with accurate data.
