Qualifications Essential criteria Educated to Degree level in a relevant subject (such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Operational Research, or a related quantitative or analytical discipline such as Health Service Research, Social Research) or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience in specialist area Knowledge and Experience Essential criteria Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management or information analysis.Knowledge of project principles.Previously worked in similar position within the public sector.Commitment to continuing professional development. Skills and Capabilities Essential criteria Demonstrate skills and capabilities in one or more of the following: ability to quickly understand software packages relevant to statistics, data management, business intelligence, data visualisation etc; experience in using a range of statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, R, and SQL; understands the principles of evaluation.Excellent time management skills with the ability to reprioritise.Skills for communication on complex information and administrative matters, requiring developed interpersonal and oral/ written communication skills.
