At Lookers Volkswagen Darlington, we are looking for a highly organised and dynamic individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Administrator. It is an excellent opportunity to kick start a career in the automotive industry and enjoy the benefits of working for a leading employer.

It is a full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm, including a one-hour lunch break. You’ll be rewarded with a £19,000 basic salary, generous annual leave, and a market-leading benefits package.

Our Trainee Sales Administrators support the day-to-day running of our busy admin department by providing high quality administrative support to our Sales Executives across the dealership. It is their job to guide our customers on their journey to purchasing their dream car! They are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and capable of working at pace while providing a first-class level of service.

About you

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role. Automotive industry experience would be beneficial, however not required, as full training will be provided.

You will be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn. You must have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude as you will be working as part of a busy team. You will pay attention to the finer details and have a passion for going the extra mile for customers and colleagues alike.
