As an Assistant in the Technology Success team you will deliver an exceptional service to our clients and ensure the wider business teams are supported fully. Working closely with our Technology Success Managers, your role will be to support delivery of projects, operational duties and maintaining client satisfaction.

This role will provide an exciting opportunity to understand the Digital Marketing landscape working with some of the most prestigious companies across Fashion, Telecoms, Health & many more. As you will be working with our largest clients and household names, excellent communication, both verbal and written, will be key. You will have strong attention to detail, love working with numbers, and enjoy problem solving.

It is important to be a self-starter, keen to take on responsibility and dive headfirst into the digital marketing landscape. You’ll be supported with plenty of training and self-development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Technology Success Managers with document creation and administration (e.g., proposals, scope of works, minutes of meetings, statements of completion)
  • Build direct, strong working relationships with our clients and ensure client satisfaction
  • Build & develop strong processes on all responsibilities, ensuring these are documented & maintained
  • Responding to and troubleshooting queries from clients and other stakeholders
  • Working with and analysing data in excel
  • Cross referencing our finance system and internal documentation to ensure operational best practice
  • Organisation of client invoices and other documentation

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • A passion for project management and customer service
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadline
  • Commitment to deliver first class work every time, and never leave a quality issue unchecked
  • Exceptional diligence and attention to detail
  • Genuine and unrelenting dedication and enthusiasm to improve processes
  • A high level of numeracy and literacy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft apps, including strong skills on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
