We are currently recruiting for full time and part time Service Advisors to work with our clients in Chessington
This is a temp-ongoing role paying up to £14 per hour depending on experience.
Full time hours are 9AM-5PM, Part time hours are 10AM-2.00PM.
Duties are but not limited to;
* Quoting to UK/European Customers and distributors
* Processing of purchase orders/sales orders
* Hire invoicing
* Invoicing service/repair orders and invoicing on customers portal
* Maintaining insurance records weekly
* ITFO training day organisation
* Timesheets
* Weekly meeting minutes
* Chasing payment/POs on regular basis
* Taking calls and meeting visitors
* Maintaining emails and service email inbox
