Job Description
About the role…
You will be required to support the Availability Services Team Leader with resourcing and planning, dedicate a full life-cycle contribution and support of the service portfolio to end users, and customers with strict adherence to standard processes and procedures, provide Implementation of technical solutions including networks and/or backup, host, and storage-based replication at customer sites, inclusion and involvement in the out-of-hours 24 x 7 call-out rota on a defined frequency over a 365 period, and work across operations boundaries and recovering Availability Services based solutions providing operational playbooks and documentation.
