Job type: Year 4 Teacher

Location: Harrow

Salary: £153.00 – £234.00 per day

Closing date: 30th September 2022

I have been closely liaising with a school situated in Harrow, we have had multiple meetings and discussions about looking for the next member of staff to come in and make a difference at an Ofsted ‘Good’ primary school in the Brent area. This role is a full time position covering 5 days per week. The role is a temporary position, starting from September 2022 and it can potentially go to permanent for the right candidate. This is a caring school with a rich and balanced curriculum, providing high quality learning opportunities.

The opportunity to progress throughout the hierarchy of the school is possible at this school as we have placed staff here in the past who have progressed in the past.

The schools have a strong, long-tenured team of permanent staff who are capable of providing support to temporary workers. They are a well-respected school in the local community. The school is in a fantastic location, easily accessible via the motorway and its central location aids those who rely on public transport to commute.

Your main duties will include:

  • Planning and teaching for pupils with the support of an experienced teaching assistant
  • Assessing following the school marking policy

  • The main benefit of Protocol Education is that we have specific consultants who only deal wit schools in a small geographical area. The majority of agencies who work within London will not have this tailored service available to you. Some agencies will happily send teachers on a 1+ hour commute to work. We do not need to do this as we work with a large volume of school in London so it is not necessary to send our teachers on long journeys across London.
  • Professional, friendly and approachable support
  • Competitive rates of pay
  • Consultants available to liaise with out of business hours
