About this role

A leading architecture and design practice are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Advisor to join their London studio.

As HR Advisor, you will act as the right hand person to the HR Manager, providing specialised HR advice and support to the London, Paris and China offices and oversee all day-to-day HR functions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of resources to facilitate movements within teams or to ascertain any recruitment requirements.
  • Managing recruitment campaigns 
  • Provide support to HR manager with staff assessments, development reviews, appraisals and training. 
  • Take responsibility for the London and Paris payroll.
  • Processing final reports for finance. 
  • Check the administrator’s data entry. 
  • Oversee the performance management, training and development processes.
  • Provide specialist support on any HR queries from employees to managers.
  • Have a dynamic and progressive approach to continually improve the HR function of the practice in line with policy, good practice and equality changes. 
  • Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of working in a generalist HR Advisory capacity with a resourcing or recruitment focus. 
  • Good knowledge of HR Information systems.
  • Experience of payroll.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task. 
  • Strong attention to detail.
