Customer: Sainsburys
Location: Bristol, Emersons Green
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday *based on candidates preference*

Hours: 14:00pm – 22:00pm
Salary: £23,648.00 per annum

We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Using the warehouse management system to process goods in and good out
  • Liaising with the customer via phone on a daily basis and providing excellent customer service
  • Processing drivers paperwork and liaising with the transport and warehouse teams
  • Processing returns onto the warehouse management system
  • Using multiple systems to control movement around the warehouse

  • Experience within an Administration based role or within an office environment – beneficial
  • Background within logistics – beneficial
  • Strong IT skills and PC literacy – essential
  • Strong communication skills – essential
  • Customer service experience – beneficial
