Small Works Project Manager
£55,000 – £65,000 + Car allowance

Our client is currently seeking a Small Works Project Manager to join their team based in West London. The client is successfully providing facilities management services to a variety of clients, predominantly within the healthcare sector, providing planned, preventative and reactive maintenance. The project management division are responsible for identifying and managing quoted works. The small works project manager will have many benefits that come with this role.

Job Duties for Project Manager (small works)

  • Work with suppliers and colleagues to ensure that solutions meet the needs of the customers
  • Deliver & manage ongoing and new small works installations
  • Build the department up, develop & maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Manage monthly invoicing of works and monitor invoicing cashflow, cash due and cash received.
  • Manage and supervise instructed works including preparing and updating work programs, health and safety information, placing orders, overseeing site matters, reporting to clients, collating and submitting O&M information
  • Manage financial performance and return on all projects, compare with budget and report regularly to Head of Projects
  • Oversee minor works that go up to £500,000 budget
  • Skills/Experience for Project manager (small works)

  • Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering small works projects
  • Have Experience working in a healthcare environment (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • You should have strong project management experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to easily build strong working relationships with people
