Our  Customer Champion’s  are dedicated to ensuring our customers are responded to quickly and helpfully. Our vision is to become the number one UK Pet Insurer, and we are looking for friendly call centre champions to answer inbound calls, complete data entry admin and offer a first class professional service.

What will you be doing?

  • To answer and handle calls promptly in an enthusiastic, courteous and efficient manner
  • Identify and respond to the needs of customers, resolving queries where possible
  • Apply detailed, up-to-date knowledge of products and procedures
  • Promote a positive image of us and client companies
  • Input all data and complete all related paperwork accurately
  • Complete work to a consistently high standard whilst maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Take an active role as a team member
  • Respond to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent level of attendance, punctuality and general time-keeping
  • Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and and will be able to show where you have worked to meet call volumes and team targets. You will also be able to give examples of where you have had to work with high attention to detail and accuracy in inputting information.

    Shift Patterns:

    Shift 1 8.00am 4.30pm 
    Shift 2 8.30am 5.00pm 
    Shift 3 9.00am 5.30pm 
    Shift 4 9.30am 6.00pm 
    Saturday working rota 1 week in every 3 9.00am 1.00pm
