Job Title: Recruitment Account Support

Transport: Driving licence and own vehicle preferred (if you are required to visit client sites locally mileage is paid)

Hours: 40 hrs per week – Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm and 8.30am-5pm

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £22,000 starting salary (with personalised progression plan)

We are looking for a Recruitment Account Support to join our Heywood office.

This role would suit a person with previous recruitment experience or an individual who would like to start their career in the recruitment industry.

You will be working for a team that provides and supplies temporary staff for the Supply Chain industry (Production, Warehousing, and Distribution).

The Role:

Recruitment Account Support

Main duties:

  • Writing and placing of adverts to attract applicants and maintain availability of registered candidates, using Job Websites and Social Media
  • Managing on-line advertising of all vacancies available, tele screening of potential candidates and management of online registrations
  • Understanding clients’ requirements and ensuring candidates are recruited within the required time frame
  • Contacting candidates regarding available work and briefing them on vacancies
  • Maintaining regular contact with ad-respondents to keep them informed of developments and opportunities
  • Sending out online inductions / tests and helping candidates with completion.
  • Assisting with payroll process to ensure candidates are paid accurately and on time.
  • Delivering Health & Safety inductions as part of the onboarding process for candidates.
  • Discuss upcoming requirements with client contacts at site, supporting the Account Manager with client service

Attributes we are looking for:

Recruitment Account Support

  • Previous commercial experience would be beneficial (recruitment/ customer services/ call centres/ sales or similar)
  • You will be comfortable interacting with people face to face and over the and being able to build excellent relationships.
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English is essential and ability to communicate in one of the Eastern European languages may be beneficial.
  • Excellent work ethic, computer literacy, excellent organisation skills with the ability to run multiple projects, professional tele manner, must have engaging personality with ability to build rapport and trust.
